Terms

Thank you for booking a holiday home with Lolu Holidays! When you have received a confirmation with booking number from us via email, your booking is approved. However, we reserve the right to cancel your stay with us at any time without giving a reason.


Payment

Payment is made in full on loluholidays.com and before your booking has been confirmed. The payment refers to the total rent for the stay plus a deposit of 200 euros (refundable according to the conditions below) and any supplements. We use the Stripe payment system for secure payments through 3D Secure and accept both Visa and MasterCard.

What is included

You will find that the apartment is well stocked with important things. Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival and sufficient clean bed linen and towels will be provided for the duration of your stay. We have found that most guests prefer not to have a cleaner interrupting their holiday. However, if you wish to book extra cleaning during your stay or a change of bed linen, this must be requested in advance and will incur an additional charge.

Arrival and departure

Check-in can take place between 16.00-00.00 on the day of arrival. Our staff will meet you at the apartment to show you the apartment and give you the keys. Please check out between 09.00-10.00 on the day of departure. The staff will meet you to inspect the apartment and receive the keys. If you need to check in or out at other times, please contact us.

Check-out inspection

Upon check-out, staff will meet you to go through the apartment and make sure the apartment is in the same condition as when you arrived. In the event of damage to the apartment, we deduct the cost from the deposit. Our on-site rental team in Saranda may charge additional fees for handling calls outside opening hours, excessive cleaning after you leave, failure to dispose of rubbish on departure or other services not included in these standard booking conditions. We will notify you after your stay if any fees have been charged. These can be deducted from the deposit.

Security deposit

Upon satisfactory check-out inspection, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 14 days after your stay with Lolu Holidays has ended. When transferring abroad (outside Sweden), any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for any damage or sabotage that you or other participants cause through negligence on Lolu Holiday property. If damage occurs during your stay, the deposit will not be refunded, and depending on the severity of the damage, you may also be liable for compensation. The AC unit and lighting must always be switched off when you are not staying in the apartment.


Our responsibility

Lolu Holidays and the owners of the rental properties do not accept responsibility for any accidents, losses or damages incurred by the guests. Always be aware of safety when swimming, especially with small children. We recommend that you take out separate travel insurance for the entire company that covers you should anything happen.

Cancellation policy

Please note that we do not accept cancellations by email or phone. You cancel via the link you receive in your confirmation email, by contacting customer service at loluholidays.com or by following the link below. To cancel your stay, you need your booking number and the same contact and payment information you used when booking.

Refund

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in. If the booking is made less than 30 days before check-in, the full amount will be refunded if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After this, 50% will be refunded up to seven days before check-in. After that, no refund will be made. The deposit is refunded in full regardless of when the cancellation occurs before the check-in date.
